Total Health Management of Fluid Power and Lubrication Systems
A Kindle Fire HD is winging its way to one lucky Toolkit user in Great Yarmouth, England.
James Pendle of Eastern Fluid Power was first out of the hat in our free draw, which was offered as a reward for taking part in our recent Par Fit Toolkit users’ survey. And although there could only be one prize winner, a big thank you goes to everyone who took the time to respond.
Parker’s Steve Dickens pictured presenting James Pendle with his Kindle Fire HD. Receiving his prize, James said “Accuracy, speed and efficiency are important priorities for our business. The Par Fit Toolkit is an excellent system for us – it provides all the information I need, and it saves a massive amount of time in selecting the right replacement filter elements.”
The survey was designed to help us understand how people are using the Toolkit, and to identify areas for improvement, so we can continually improve the level of functionality, features and information provided.
We’re always interested in receiving feedback about the Par Fit Toolkit, or any other Parker product, resource or service. So tell us what you think – email email@example.com
Our survey said:
Over 70% of respondents use the toolkit at least once a week.
The most used features of the Par Fit Toolkit were:
1. Interchange Element Sector
3. OEM Apps
4. Element Expert
What could be improved?
1. Information on stock availability next to the part number (We’re working on that)
2. Ability to view all possible cross references with our main competitors (Look out for this in V2)
3. Alpha-numeric ordering (An expert function to excel may help with this task)
4. Easier ‘move back’ screen (Another improvement for V2)
